RESIDENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR
SUMMARY
As a Resident Experience Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and engaging community atmosphere within our multifamily property. You will be a key support person for the Resident Experience Specialists, assisting with the planning and execution of a diverse range of events and programs designed to enhance resident satisfaction and foster a sense of belonging. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for creating memorable experiences and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Resident Experience Specialists with the planning and execution of resident events and programs, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
Manage event set-up and breakdown, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are in place.
Greet and assist residents at events, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Assist with the preparation of event materials, such as flyers, invitations, and decorations.
Track event attendance and gather resident feedback to contribute to ongoing program improvement.
Foster a welcoming and inclusive community atmosphere that encourages resident interaction and a sense of belonging.
Assist with the development and implementation of resident communication strategies, including newsletters, social media updates, and on-site announcements.
Respond to resident inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with the coordination of community outreach initiatives and partnerships.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident events and programs.
Assist with the management of event budgets and vendor contracts.
Provide administrative support to the Resident Experience team as needed.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
